How do I get GhostDoc Pro to recognize and install on VS2019

I have downloaded GhostDoc Pro.v2019.2.19200.VS2017-VS2019.Extension and tried installing it.  I have VS 2019 16.2.4 installed and the VSIX only recognizes the VS 2017 version I have installed.

Hello,

The VSIX supports both VS 2017 and VS2019 versions. What do you mean in "VSIX only recognizes the VS 2017 version"? Could you please provide us with a screenshot?

Executing GhostDoc Pro.v2019.2.19200.VS2017-VS2019.Extension.vsix produces this error.  It seems to not see that I also have vs2019 installed.

After executing the VSIX:

In vs2017, I have GhostDoc Pro installed.

In vs2019, I do not have GhostDoc Pro installed.

I uninstalled GhostDoc Pro from vs2017 and reinstalled using GhostDoc Pro.v2019.2.19200.VS2017-VS2019.Extension.vsix.  Below is the dialog that is displayed.  vs2019 is not recognized as being installed on my box.  I have vs2019 16.2.4 installed.

I hope this helps.

Thank you for the information provided. What VS2019 edition (Community, Professional etc.) do you have installed?

Thank you for the information provided. But we cannot reproduce the issue. We tested GhostDoc Pro.v2019.2.19200 build on VS2019 v16.2.5 Enterprise and it is installed without any problem.
The possible problem is that you can have MSI version of GhostDoc installed. Please take a look at https://support.submain.com/kb/a53/troubleshooting-vsix-installation-issues.aspx and please ensure that you have VS2019 properly installed.

I upgraded to v16.2.5 and the vsix installed properly.  Thanks!
