Is this something that submain needs to work with Cylance to get white-listed, or something I need to take up with our internal support to white-list it internally?

Sorry about the false positive with your threat prevention software.
 
You have all the details about this false positive and it would make sense for you to try and report it to them first using this link - https://support.cylance.com/s/NewCase?language=en_US&currentUserIsGuest=true
 
If they require SubMain to submit this, please let me know in this thread and we will open a help desk ticket to collect the details from you so we could report to Cylance.
