Is it possible to have GhostDoc generate the xml file that used when someone includes a dll in another project or via nuget. I was pretty sure I read somewhere this can be done but cannot find it.  Especially so that usages of ///<inheritdoc/> will have the inherited documentation via intellisense when the dll is included in another project.
